November SNAP Payments Are Finally Processing: Full State Deposit Schedule Released

Millions of SNAP households faced delays after the recent partial government shutdown.

Although the White House ordered states to restore full November benefits immediately, many families still experienced slowdowns due to state processing backlogs and USDA approval timelines.

More than 38 million beneficiaries were affected.

Here’s the updated, simplified overview of where full payments have been deposited and when remaining states will receive theirs.

 

States That Already Issued Full November SNAP Benefits

These states confirmed full disbursement using state emergency funds, early releases, or court orders:

Alaska, California, Connecticut, D.C., Kansas, Maine, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New Mexico, New York, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, Washington, West Virginia, Wisconsin

 

States With Confirmed November Payment Dates

Nov 17–18

  • Delaware

  • Georgia

  • Maryland

  • Tennessee

  • Virginia (remaining balance)

Nov 20

  • Illinois

End of November

  • Kentucky

 

Additional State Updates (Fastest Expected Timelines)

  • Alabama: By Nov 13 or regular issue dates

  • Arkansas: By late Nov 13–14

  • Colorado: As early as Nov 13

  • Delaware: Possibly by Nov 18

  • Georgia: Remaining benefits by Nov 18

  • Hawaii: Most sent; new applicants next week

  • Idaho: By Nov 14

  • Iowa: By Nov 14

Other states with timelines through late November: Kentucky, Louisiana, Maryland, Montana, Nevada, North Carolina, North Dakota, Ohio, Oklahoma, Oregon, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Utah, Vermont, Virginia

(All confirmed full benefits will be issued between now and the end of November.)

 

States Still Finalizing Exact Deposit Dates

These states are still coordinating with USDA but report payments are moving quickly:

Arizona, Indiana, Missouri, Nebraska, Texas.
