Thousands of retirees and disability beneficiaries in the U.S. will receive their March 19, 2025, Social Security payment, which could be as high as $5,108.

Who Qualifies for the March 19 Social Security Payment?

Not all Social Security beneficiaries will receive their payment on March 19. To qualify, you must meet these conditions:

  1. Started receiving Social Security benefits after May 1997.
  2. Born between the 11th and 20th of any month.
  3. Have Direct Deposit set up for faster access to funds.

If you meet these requirements, your Social Security check should be deposited directly into your account or mailed according to SSA's payment schedule.

The amount of your March 19 Social Security check depends on your work history and contributions over the years.
